This technique, Nithyananda tells us is for those who are in love with an object or person. He further elaborates what the true meaning of the word love rather than the societal meaning for this word. It will awaken a whole new energy in us since we are now ready. Swamiji goes on to say that Shiva is the only Master who accepts you as you are and provides techniques for all possible human beings. This sutra if fully understood will give us the basic science of devotion, falling in tune with the master or the feeling of being connected to a deity.

Zone of no inner chattering
